El Sequé 2016

Taste and appearance Here we have a real highlight in the offer. The El Sequé is an award-award-winning wine and was elected one of Spain's best wines. This varietal Monastrell from the growing region of Alicante stands in the glass by its cherry red color with garnet rim. The nose is spoiled by dense, spicy wild berry flavors, to get hints of toasty, earth, chocolate and black, ripe cherries. On the palate, you will encounter fine, silky tannins which are accompanied by powerful, fleshy and chocolate impressions. A total of El Sequé is lush, complex and at the same time playful, modern and new interpretation of a red wine from Alicante with authentic Mediterranean character. The Bodega Artadi has been able to impart the necessary elegance a powerful Monastrell wine. The red wine matured El Sequé to 12 months in French oak barrels. Serving this red wine, El Sequé you should open one hour before serving. You can decant him, but is not mandatory. The El Sequé goes well with roast beef, lamb chops or lamb shanks but also venison a really good choice. The optimum drinking temperature of this red wine is 16 to 18 degrees.

Red wine from Alicante (Spain) produced by the winery Bodegas the Sequé with grapes Monastrell. Its combination with adequate food would be more with grilled meat, cured cheeses, roasts and stews. You can drink in perfect conditions from now until 2022. The temperature must be between 12 ° C and 16 ° C in a glass of Bordeaux type for better tasting.

A perfumed wine, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and cocoa. The palate is powerful, fleshy and long. A Monastrell and consolidated resulting reference in its range. Old vineyards within Alicante and know-how of Artadi make it possible. 93 points
