Guadalupe Rosé 2013

TASTING NOTES:
A Fruity, fresh and well balanced wine, with a very nice taste off raspberries and a touch off strawberries.
- Winemaker: Rui Reguinga
- Winemaking: The grapes are harvested into small crates and immediately transported back to the winery and cooled down to 10ºC (50º F). The grapes are stripped from the bunch, crushed and then pressed. The resulting must flows into a stainless steel vat, which is located inside a refrigerated chamber, where it undergoes 48 hours of static clarification at low temperatures. The must ferments from 15 to 20 days, at 14 ºC (57 ºF). The wine is bottled after 6 months.
- Grape Varieties: Aragonês, Alfrocheiro.
- Food Pairing: To drink on its own or with light meals, shellfish, sushi or pasta.
- Store and Serve Advices: To preserve this wine's best characteristics, it should be served at a temperature of 10ºC.

Guadalupe Rosé 2013

Intense pink with bright reflections. Blackberry and raspberry scent. Roasted flavours.
A accompanying us from starters to dessert.
A Alentejo is better to be discovered alone.

Guadalupe Rosé 2015
Has a very cheerful colour. Smells fresh, like a young wine. Very light, pleasent.
A 2015 goes fine with snacks.
Drinking it with a lover for a romantic dinner is perfect.
