VINEYARD: Adega Cooperativa do Redondo.
GRAPES: Arinto and Fernao Pires.
AGEING: Matures in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, are macerated in stainless steel to stainless temperatures and finally fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect to accompany seafood, white meats, rice, pasta, mushrooms and Mediterranean dishes.
