TASTING NOTES:
Deep purple colour. Notes of ripe fruit and jam aromas. Tobacco leaves and cinnamon. Dense and concentrated. Displays strong structure with firm tannins but smooth, associated with a correct acidity. Ends in long aromatic notes of red fruit.

- Winemaking: Made from a blend of several grape varieties and matured in new french oak casks this Reserva is a very complex wine. The well balanced acidity make this wine a very elegant and fresh choice for a special meal. Fermented in marble tanks with controlled temperature. The wine then macerates "sur lies" in vats. The malolactic fermetation occurres in big french oak vats. Maturation for 12 months in new french oak casks.
- Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Aragonês, Petit Verdot.
- Food Pairing: This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
- Store and Serve Advices: Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Varieties: Aragones, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional
Vinification: Fermentation took place in a tank marble and high thermal inertia and low geometry wide to maximize the extraction of tannins and aromas. This was followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak vats.
Ageing: 12 months in barrels and Allier oak barrels of fine grain and medium toast
Temperature: 18 º C
Pairing: Roast lamb in the oven

Aroma: great aromatic intensity, with notes of fresh fruit grove associated with light floral notes and spices
Palate: On the palate very soft and ripe tannins, good concentration.

Colour strong garnet. Aroma of good intensity fruit compote, spice and floral light. In the mouth it has very good structure, concentrated and fresh, with tannins that will allow you great evolution in the bottle. Ends long and complex.
