TASTING NOTES OF Esporão Reserva Tinto Double Magnum 2008:
- View: clear, ruby.
- Nose: intense nose, well integrated with new wood, hints of chocolate and vanilla attractive aromas of ripe red fruits and spices.
- Mouth: elegant with layers of ripe fruit and sturdy but well melted tannins, a great richness and complexity. Long finish.
VINEYARD: Herdade do Esporão
GRAPES: Aragones Trincadeira, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet.
PAIRING: dishes made with Portobello mushrooms Míscaros or even octopus risotto, or even the simplicity of a bruscheta of meat or ham.
