TASTING NOTES:
- View: Esporão Reserva Branco 2013 shows a clean and bright yellow.
- Nose: intense aromas of apricots, persimmons and white flower, accompanied by smoky notes and some herbaceous notes.
- Mouth: Tasty, wide, with prominent acidity, salty notes, with freshness and work on lees in barrel well integrated. Long and persistent.
PAIRING: Asian cuisine and spicy, oily fish, grilled octopus, sardines canned with chives.
CELLAR: Herdade do Esporão.
GRAPES: 30% Antão Vaz, Arinto 30%, 30% Roupeiro, 10% Semillon.
