Esporao Reserva Branco (Arinto, Antão Vaz, Malvasía and Sémillon)
- View: crystalline appearance, straw-green hues
- Nose: notes of yellow fruit, grapefruit and lemon, spicy and slightly toasted aromatic freshness.
- Mouth: Creamy, with structure and volume, balanced and full of fruit, with a long and intense finish.
VINEYARD: viticulture follows agricultural practices integrated production, which is based on the rationalization of natural resources and the use of natural regulation mechanisms, contributing to sustainable agriculture and improving higher quality fruits.
GRAPES: Antão Vaz, Arinto, Roupeiro and Semillon.
AGEING: aged on the lees, 6 months in stainless steel tanks and new barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: stripping, heat shock, skin maceration, pressing, decantation of the must, controlled fermentation in stainless steel new American oak barrels and French temperature.
