TASTING NOTES OF Esporão Reserva 1999:
- View: Esporão Reserva 1999 shows a clear color, ruby.
- Nose: intense nose shows attractive flavors of ripe red fruits and well integrated with new wood, with notes of chocolate and vanilla spice.
- Mouth: elegance is shown with layers of ripe fruit and sturdy but well melted tannins, which give a great richness and complexity. The finish is long and persistent.
PAIRING: it is the ideal accompaniment to dishes made with mushrooms or Portobello Míscaros wine, even an octopus risotto, or even the simplicity of a bruscheta of meat or ham.
BODEGA: Herdade do Esporão.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragones, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet.
