Aromas of red fruit such as ripe black cherries. In the palate, full upfront fruit characters of plum and blackberry and a mouth filling wine with soft fine tannins and a lingering finish.

Matches well with cheese. I tried Dom Martinho with wine enthusiasts.
Nice and pretty colour. The berry smell can be appreciated. More than toasted notes, tastes slightly burnt.

I bought a box in my usual wine shop.
Red wine with violet reflections. This Dom Martinho with its raspberry aromas might be considered as delicacy. I noticed a kind of salty aftertaste in the finish.

Very expressive in aromas of ripe berries, it presents a good acidity giving it a freshness and unique elegance. Meat dishes and cheeses.
