The best company for Cortes de Cima Trincadeira is a good conversation.
It's red with a violet edge. I really appreciated the berry smell. Passes easily across the palate, smooth and very nice.
It would have been better with meat.

PREPARATION: maceration, fermentation at controlled temperatures.
PAIRING: Red meats, roast beef and grilled meat.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
