- Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits
- Mouth: Fresh, fruity and well balanced
VINEYARD: Winery of Alento in the region of Alentejo. Portugal.
GRAPES: Aragonez 40%, 40% Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet 10% Touriga Nacional 10%.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
PREPARATION: Total Despalillado. Cold soak for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26 °C.
PAIRING: beef, lamb, veal and poultry.
TEMPERATURE: 12-14 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%

Almost brown edges. It mainly smells like chocolate. Sweet and fruity taste.
