Alta Alella Pansa Blanca 2018 (Pansa Blanca)

GRAPES: Pansa Blanca.
AGEING: young wine consumption.
Elaboration: The grapes are selected carefully, to make a low temperature maceration and extract the aromas correctly. Then follows a light pressing to obtain the grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C. Finally it is clarified and bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, blue fish, rice, pasta with fish sauces, seafood, salads.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-10ºC
The vineyards at Can Genis are all planted on Sauló soil, one of the key distinguishing factors of Alella's wines. Sauló is an acidic, sandy soil with low limestone content, low organic matter and poor water retention. The estate is just 2 km from the Mediterranean, with the vineyards planted on slopes and terraces between 150 and 300m altitude.More about the Winery
