Farnese Fantini Sangiovese 2018 (Sangiovese)

- Nose: A unique bouquet: a fragrance of ripe raspberries, blueberries and sweet cherries, hints of pepper and clove, an experience of incomparable aroma in the glass.
- Mouth: harmonious and balanced with well integrated tannins.
APPELLATION: Terre di Chieti.
VINEYARD: grapes grown in the communes of Ortona and San Salvo on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo. Vineyards planted with Southeast orientation on a clay soil-limestone and trained using a training system pergola.
AGEING: between 10 and 20% aged in oak with stainless steel aged wine rest.
PREPARATION: destemmed grapes and crushed before undergoing a first cold maceration for 2 days. Maceration and fermentation followed at 20-22 °C for 9-11 days.
PAIRING: Traditional Italian meats and spicy meats and cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
