The Cantina San Giacomo is located in an enchanting landscape, between the hills and the sea of the Costa dei Trabocchi. Today, the winery is made up of around two hundred members, covering around three hundred hectares of vineyards in the territory of Rocca San Giovanni and neighbouring municipalities, in the province of Chieti.
This Pecorino Spumante Brut received the Oscar alle Bollicine from the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide. Made from the indigenous Pecorino grape variety, this sparkling wine is characterised by an intense bouquet with balsamic, floral and bread crust sensations. The taste is fresh and full, with a pleasant minerality and a pleasant acidity.
Serve it as an apéritif, during the meal with seafood dishes or at dessert time with strawberries.
